Trafilspec ITS has drawn up, adopted and applied an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 as well as a Code of Ethics and Conduct, in order to regulate and provide guidelines for responsible corporate conduct aimed at assuring the legality, transparency and integrity of its operations, all with a view to preventing the commission of crimes and new, supposed and diverse offences.

The operation and observance of the level of corporate compliance is controlled by the Supervisory Body, which has the mandate to monitor the company’s conduct in an impartial, authoritative, independent and autonomous manner, thus assuring that the Organisation, Management and Control Model is an up-to-date and effective tool for the management of the company.
Pursuant to the law on Whistleblowing and Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Trafilspec ITS recognises and protects the right of senior management and, likewise, their subordinates to file reports of unlawful conduct of which they have become aware in their work, via reserved, anonymous reporting channels.
